Locally owned, the shop showcases the signature all butter crust by Executive Chef Gan Suebsarakham, with a rotating menu of sweet and savory pies made in-house daily. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu features a variety of pies from pie slices to hand pies to classic meat & vegetarian pies.

Leveraging our sister company, Pop Pie Co., Stella Jean’s Ice Cream was born of the same philosophy – great food, celebrated with valued friends and neighbors. We aim to continue our tradition as a business that believes in a strong sense of community that includes employees, patrons and the cities we serve as a whole.

Once we found a place to park we enjoyed our pop pies. My side of mashed potatoes and gravy were not warm enough and I should have asked them to reheat them. I ordered the classic chicken pie and my husband ordered the Green hog and cheese. His was super delicious and mine was good. My husband ordered the creamed corn and he really enjoyed it. The lady who took are order seemed distracted from her job. When we left there one of the male workers said thank you for coming and shared a nice smile with us. Bonus points for him.

First, the crust is amazing. I don’t like pie crust…usually. This crust was perfectly flaky and had such a great buttery flavor. I’d eat more pie if all pie had crust like this. I felt mixed on the filling. The pork and cheese was β€œmeh”, but my husband liked it fine. I got the Steak and Ale, which had great flavor but I would have liked it better with more chunks of steak. There was plenty of steak, but it was broken down so the texture of the filling was a bit too mushy. Still enjoyable overall. My daughter got the traditional chicken pot pie and this one was the star. Beautiful chunks of tender chicken breast, with some veg in a savory and flavorful sauce. We were full after the pot pies but wished we had room to try the ice cream. There were some flavors that were so unique and creative, we hope to come again to try.

The mango and sticky rice was very delicious and tasted like real mango not an artificial one, have not tried the pies yet but will be back to try it, thank you!

The key lime pie was excellent. The filling struck a great balance of tart, creamy, and rich, with enough acidity to keep each bite interesting. The whipped cream added a lightness that complemented the dense custard perfectly. My family especially loved the crust, which brought everything together. Easily a dessert I would order again, and it makes me want to come back and explore more of the menu.

Pop Pie Co. really knows what they’re doing when it comes to comfort food. Their whole concept is simple, but they execute it really well. The chicken pot pie is the standout β€” rich, hearty, and super satisfying. The filling is creamy with plenty of chicken and veggies, and the crust is buttery and flaky in that perfect pot pie way. It’s the kind of dish that feels classic but done with a lot of care. If you’re craving a solid, well-made pot pie, this place absolutely delivers.
